GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
How to sign-up
You can sign up for an NHS Login at home. If you need help, there is a help page on the NHS website. You can also come into the surgery with some photo ID and we can help you sign up, or you can book an appointment with a digital volunteer at Crawley Library to help.
When the Practice telephones are closed during the lunch hour of 12:30pm to 1:30pm, patients can now contact us online to ask for help with your medical or administrative query. You will receive a reply by the end of the next working day.
