Hospital Blood Clinics Changing

Important news from our local hospitals.

We’ve just been told that Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust are changing how their blood tests work, starting on Monday 3rd March. It will no longer be a walk-in service. Instead, you will need to book appointments on https://swiftqueue.co.uk/

The new booking system, SwiftQueue, which is now live across the Trust’s three Phlebotomy sites – East Surrey Hospital, Crawley Hospital, and Horsham Hospital, will replace the Trust’s previous walk-in model. To help support a smooth transition, the Trust will continue to accept walk-in patients until Monday 31 March 2025.

We will continue to offer blood test appointments at the surgery as normal.
